Focaccia Bread Recipe.....

This is definitely a different recipe the recipe included a lot of herbs for a bread so it was definitely different i had never had this type of bread so i had no idea what the finished product would taste like and it wasnt bad but just not my type of bread or it might if been that we put to much rosemary on it

The part I liked the least was having to wait a half of an hour for the bread to rise before getting to bake it that and the fact that we had to clean up the kitchen well we waited you know ether or

The most enjoyable part of making this recipe was the smell of the herbs when they are fresh and you cut them

I would give my self a five out of five for preparedness

I fallowed all the safety rules so I would give my self a five out of five for safety

I worked efficiently on this recipe so would give my self a five out of five

My group worked surprisingly well together considering we had to rearrange the whole kitchen so for efficiency
I would give my group and i a five out of five

Two things that i learned are that you have to let bread rise before baking and to keep a eye on the bread because some times it takes a little longer than the recipe says it should take to bake

something that i would like you to notice that are group did well is we rearranged are kitchen very well

Banana muffin recipe

this was a fun recipe to make because it was easy and had simple ingredients and had a tasty finished product

By making this recipe i learned that some times when mixing ingredients you have to use a little muscle

they most enjoyable part about making this recipe was eating the finished product

For preparedness i would give my self a five out of five because i was on time i had my own copy of this recipe i wore a clean apron i washed my hands but i did not need to tie my hair back

I fallowed all the safety rules for working in a kitchen so for safety i would give my self a five out of five

For work efficiency i would give my self a five out of five because i worked hard on this recipe

My group co operating in clean . I would give my self and my group a five out of five because i think that we worked together well and got the mess cleaned up.

two things that i learned from this recipe is that keep mixing because that just might be why it does not look right and don't put a bowl that you have used to mix in the sink until Dakota has a chance to lick the bowl...

Fruit pizza with sugar cookie dough............

This was a very interesting  recipe to make but it had to be one of the more fun ones that we have mad so far and one of the most difficult.

I had the most difficulty with the sugar cookie dough I think the problem was that we added to much flour to the concoction of ingredients

The most enjoyable part of making this recipe was putting the fruit on the pizza because you really got to get creative with it

I was really prepared for this recipe I was on time for class I HAD my own copy of this recipe but we all know how that goes I wore a clean apron I washed my hands th orally so for preparedness I would give my self a five out of five

I fallowed proper safety rules and procedures so for safety I would give my self a five out of five

I worked efficiently and i got the job done as efficiently as humanly possible so for efficiency i would give my self a five out of five

My group co operation in clean up was not so great for this recipe i felt like some members of the group were not participating as much as they should be and they left most of clean up up to others in the group but all around we did get it cleaned up so I would give my self and group a three point five out of five on this recipe for group co operation

two things that i learned from this recipe are that you really should be careful when adding the flour to sugar cookie dough because it does not work well with to much flour and to keep a close eye on the dough when its in the oven because it tends to burn really easy

some thing that i would like you to notice that my group did well. is we worked together and finished the recipe

spice oatmeal cookies.........

This recipe was easy and fun to make with simple ingredients with a very tasty end product.
If I were to make this recipe again, I would melt the butter first before mixing the ingredients in with the butter

The most enjoyable part of  making this recipe was, eating the cookies after they were baked

I was very prepared for this recipe my hands were washed I HAD my own copy of the recipe my hands were washed and i was on time for class. so for preparedness I would give my self five out of five

I followed all safety procedures and rules so for safety I would give my self five out of five

I worked very efficiently in getting this recipe done so for efficiency I would give my self five out of five

My group and i worked quickly and efficiently with clean and we all participated in the clean so I would give my group and I five out of five.

Two things I learned from this recipe is to melt the butter so its soft before mixing it in to the rest of the ingredients also that when you don't soften the butter it is easier to mix the butter in with your hands

Some thing I would like you to notice that are group did well is , we worked together well on this recipe and every one participated..................

recipe evaluation for pico de gallo and flour tortilla

pico de gallo and flour tortillas

I thought that this recipe was great because I love Mexican food  and I really enjoyed making it
it was a simple and easy recipe to make and had very few ingredients
how ever the tortillas were the most fun and enjoyable to make.

if I were to make this recipe again I would. chop the ingredients in the salsa smaller because  they were a little large and it made the salsa look not really appetizing.

by making this recipe I  learned that, cutting peepers can be pain full when you get the oils on your skin

self assessment for foods lab

I would give my self a five out of five for preparedness. because i was on time. I had my own copy of the recipe
I wore a clean apron. and I washed my hands. the only thing I did not do is tie my hair back

for safety I would give my self i five out of five. because I followed proper food safe procedure and I used caution when cutting.

for work efficiency I would give my self a three because  we did not finish this recipe on time

for  group co-operation and efficiency in clean I would give my group a five out of five because we worked together quickly and efficiently and got the job done.

two things i learned from this lab are.
I learned how to make tortillas which is some thing I wanted to learn how to do
I also learned to take caution when cutting hot peppers

Something that I would like you to notice that are group did well . is we worked together and and we helped each other out when ever we had a difficulty with this recipe.

for my self evaluation I would give my self a seventeen out of twenty

In conclusion i would say that this is a really good  recipe fun to make and probably fun to eat.

Infererence lab

Nathanial McEwen

 Purpose
the purpose to this experiment is to make inferences based on observations about the mystery object in the bag

Materials
Paper bag that contains the mystery object. pen and paper

Procedure
write down observations that the other person make when feeling the object in the paper and then try to make an inference about the object based on what the other person said and then try to sketch the object based on the inference having to feel it again if necessary and then try again to make an inference based on your sketch and previous inferences and then finally open the paper bag and compare the object to your sketch and inference.

Predictions
I predict that the object in the bag should have some thing to do with biology

 Observation
Adam was the first person in the group to go his observation is as fallows
he said that the object was hard with bumps on the exterior and oddly shaped and had a hole in it and was about fist sized and was shaped close to a foot ball in shape we then sketched based on his observations and i mad an inference that it was a bone of some sort and after some discussion we opend the bag and observed that the object was a sea shell.

I then went and started feeling the object in my paper bag with the mystery object in it and mad an observation that the object was oddly shaped and jagged to touch on some parts but then smooth on other and had hole on both sides and gas a bridge that extended from it i also observed that it felt like bone. so we mad i sketch based on my observations and then again discussed what the object could be i mad an inference that the object had to be a skull of a small animal we then opend the bag an observed that it was indeed the skull of a beaver

Conclusion
I conclude that making observations with out being able to see the object can be kind of awkward and difficult. and inferences are not always accurate or true and that they are really just an educated guess
