i found that for this recipe it has 7 full servings of fruit and one and a courter servings of a milk product
if you had this for break fast with two slices of bread and two eggs and a glass of milk it would be a really well balanced breakfast
and if you had a chicken with cheese wrap with a serving of rice and a cup of fruit juice for lunch
and if you had three servings of whole grain pasta with a serving of meat balls and a glass of milk you would have gotten your daily servings of the food groups as recommended bye the Canadian food guide
